Woman Camp is Changing

If you’ve been to Woman Camp before, you already know: it’s one of a kind.

If you’ve been to Woman Camp before, you already know: it’s one of a kind. There are no retreats or conferences like it. Two days out in the wilderness somehow manage to be both wildly fun and deeply grounding.

But perhaps this isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve pitched the tent. You’ve sat around the fire. You’ve already had the surprise feast by candlelight. So maybe you’re thinking, “Been there. Done that.”

We’re excited to announce that Woman Camp is getting a fresh update. It’s a new kind of experience and adventure, designed from the ground up to create space for rediscovering fun, deepening friendships, and encountering God.

Let’s break it down.

A New Season of Woman Camp is Here

1. More Ways to Have Fun (That Feel Like You)

You’ll love the new happy hour, a 40-foot high swing thing (yes, that’s a new addition to the campgrounds), and exploring the new parts of the land for the first time. We’re doubling down on fun and hope to equip your campsite for more fun around the campfire, too! Or maybe you’d rather be in a hammock with a journal, soaking in the quiet. Whatever “fun” means to you, this year’s Woman Camp is built to meet you there.

Regardless of what you love, there’s more space than ever for you to follow a whim of what fun looks like in the moment. So you can lean into the thoughts of “that bench overlooking the Ohio valley looks way more fun than whatever these crazy people going down a waterslide are up to”, or “God is calling me to a freakin’ NAP during downtime”, or “there is no one on that huge, weird swing… I’m going to start a movement…”.

Whether you want to be loud or low-key, the goal is the same: rediscover what fun looks like in your life right now.

2. New Leaders

We’re excited to share that Alli Patterson is leading Woman Camp this year. She’s bringing a clear, compelling voice to the weekend and is passionate about helping women live lives of bold faith and grounded truth. Alli has been to every Woman Camp since the very beginning (except for the year she broke her ribs!) and is passionate about women making space for God and each other. She believes camp is a way to get off the grid and encounter a God who can change your whole life from the inside out.

Get ready for sessions that cut straight to the chase—authentic, relatable, and unafraid to go where real life actually happens. Each talk speaks the Woman Camp language: bold, refreshing, and rooted in real faith.

It’s an honest conversation led by women who’ve lived it, guiding you into stronger connections and deeper encounters with God.

3. Experience the New Land

Maybe you’ve been to the land and seen that the veil between heaven and earth is a little thinner out there … but come September, we’re setting up shop on a whole new section of the property—land that’s never hosted Woman Camp before. We’ve doubled the size of the land to now encompass over 800 acres.

We’ve added more trails to explore, camping areas to build around (that are on flat ground, hah!), attractions for fun, beautiful backdrops, and restful environments. Go ahead, stretch your legs a bit. We have the room for it.

4. You’re Invited. You Still Need This. Come Again!

It’s a chance to laugh until you cry, and vice versa. To sit in silence without guilt. To worship in your muddy boots and feel fully known. It’s a rare opportunity to be YOU: not Mom-You, Work-You, or “Fine, I’m Fine”-You.

Just … you. The woman who deserves fun (remember that word?). The one who hasn’t had time to exhale in months. The one who’s spiritually tired but still curious. The one who secretly wonders if God still sees her. The one who’s overdue for an adventure.

This camp is for her.

The Foundation Is Laid

The foundation for Woman Camp is laid in an incredible way with women who have blessed that amazing September weekend year after year. If you’ve been there, you’ve helped make Woman Camp what it is. Your laughter around the fire, your voice during worship, your courage in showing up—that’s the legacy we’re building on.

This year is a new chapter. Not just a weekend in the woods, but a bold new invitation to joy, adventure, connection, and freedom.

Will you come shape what happens next?

See you around the fire.
